As a PhD student studying Bioinformatics at the University of Oxford, I have worked on understanding human autoimmune diseases using a broad set of sequencing technologies, in particular PacBio/Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing and BD Rhapsody single-cell multiomics. I have strong programming skills in Python, R and Julia languages and a solid understanding of statistics. Having presented my projects at multiple conferences and sessions, I am able to communicate science both intuitively and professionally, to audiences from distinct backgrounds. I have published two articles as first authors on leading peer-reviewed journals. I am looking for a scientist position in the health industry where I can continue to explore the frontier of genomics and bioinformatics.
