Michael Collyer is an OTF Senior Fellow in Information Controls and a Doctoral Candidate at the Oxford Internet Institute. He holds a Bachelors in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Masters in Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford.
