Case study: Hybrid high-profile event at Oxford

OxCo supports academic institutions with the organisation of events. Here we showcase our work on a three-day conference held at Worcester College, University of Oxford, in July 2022.

The OxCo team collaborated with the Wellbeing Research Centre and Harris Manchester College, at Oxford, to organise a high-profile event gathering leading academics and policy makers from around the world. OxCo assisted the events team from start to finish.

Before the event: OxCo provided support to optimise the conference agenda, create a video invitation, and maximise the event visibility.

OxCo’s video team also created a custom video template and animated logo based on the branding guidelines provided by the website of the client.

During the event:

OxCo dealt with all media infrastructure, including a quadruple 4K robotic camera setup in the main auditorium for live-streaming; with additional videography and photography in four rooms simultaneously, recording prestigious speakers from around the world.
